"Great vacation home. This home is in a great area in Princeville. The neighborhood has a beautiful pool, hot tub and is close to the golf course and nice walking paths. The three bedroom home was well appointed and had several outdoor deck areas with comfortable furnishings. The home included numerous outdoor toys which saved us money on rental equipment We were able to bike, snorkel, boogie board and had the use of beach chairs and towels."

"This is the third year that my family has stayed at this location. It has consistently met all of our expectations. So much that we are already thinking of setting our visit for next year. When we first starting going our grandson was 3 years old and is now age 5. He calls this the "Kauai house". There are multiple beaches, nearby hikes, and restaurants. Many times, after a day at the beach, we would go to the pool (across the street) for further relaxation. With 3 bedrooms and bathes it is ideal for a family. It is definitely one of the most organized AirBNBs we have ever used, both domestically and abroad. I recommend this rental without any reservations."

"We booked a week to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our daughter and her family--three generations ranging from 10 to 75. The condo was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms provided plenty of privacy, the pool and grounds were immaculate, and the location was very convenient. We used Princeville as a base to explore the north and east coasts, from Tunnel Beach to Lydgate beach. We enjoyed a couple of local fairs, dined at food trucks, and shopped at outdoor markets. We had a great anniversary dinner at Jo2 restaurant in Kapa'a--highly recommended. All in all, our week's stay on Kauai was everything we'd hoped for and more."

"If we could rate more than 5 stars, we would. Our stay in Kauai at the Nihilani resort was highlighted by our stay at Dhivya's lovely home. We've stayed in 20+ Airbnb's and this place by far was one of the best experiences. The place was clean, very organized, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. We made most of our meals at home and had everything we needed. The place had more than enough space for our family of four and the location was very convenient for walks to beaches, bike path and jogs. Our girls especially loved being right across the driveway from the pool, which is also very nice. We are already missing our morning coffee on the lanai's with beautiful views. Dhivya was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely look forward to staying here again."

"We had an amazing stay at Dhivya's place! The location is perfect, and the home was incredibly comfortable for our family. It's spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which made it feel like a true home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub — such a fun and relaxing bonus! Dhivya was also a fantastic host: very responsive and a great communicator throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!"

"We have stayed at Airbnbs all over the world over the past decade, and Dhivya's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Her place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and welcoming. Amenities included a well-stocked kitchen, beach gear and towels, and a beautiful community pool and hot tub. The location in Princeville was fantastic, and the condo was so large that our family of 6 was very well accommodated. We had to book the property last minute when another host fell through, and Dhivya was great to work with and so responsive, even on a tight schedule. They respond quickly, are extremely polite, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. While we might have found a better deal elsewhere , our past experience gave us full confidence that the home would be clean, comfortable, and have everything we needed and it absolutely did. "Phenomenal property! One of the best we have experienced! We really appreciated how things were labeled clearly so that we could immediately move in and start to enjoy the space. Beautiful pool and kind neighbors, located not far from stores, dining, beaches. Plenty of space. Note the closest beach is a short but moderately strenuous hike from the property. Although we did not need to use it, AC is additional charge."

"We had an absolutely amazing experience here! Beautiful condo. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen set up. When we discovered that the beach umbrellas were broken, they were replaced the same day! Excellent customer service! Gracious hosts! Can't wait to come back next summer! Thank you!!"
