Your total is all-in and transparent: nightly rate, cleaning, state taxes, and property damage protection up to $3000 are included—so you can settle in without surprises.
Cancellation & Payment Policy (Primary)
To confirm your reservation, 50% is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival.
Cancellations & refunds (based on amounts paid):
• 95% refundable if canceled 31+ days before arrival
• 50% refundable if canceled 20+ days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations made after that window
Security deposit (pre-authorization):
A $500 pre-authorization hold is placed 1 day before arrival and is voided 2 days after departure, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
