Chef Juan Saenz, a Culinary Institute graduate, makes everything from scratch with local ingredients and original recipes. The Kalua Pork Eggs Benedict arrives on a housemade English muffin with perfectly poached eggs and a pineapple-infused hollandaise — it's as good as it sounds. The breakfast burritos are enormous, the Sweet Taro French Toast is a revelation, and the pancakes are legendary. Juan and Noelle run every plate with genuine warmth.
